Apart from that, I have to congratulate the two sellers, who proved to be unique to try to best satisfy my requests, so much so that I had a problem with the tape that produces the sound of the music box.
They sent me another new one without wanting any additional cost
I think that few would have done such a thing, and so in addition to the beautiful gift advice to all these good guys for their professionalism in satisfying the customer at best

They made sure everything was perfect and went above and beyond when necessary. The music box is beautiful and – seeing as it’s literally the only one in the world like it, and made it safely to the UK from Italy – the seller could quite easily charge double and it still be worth every penny. This carillon is amazing. Everything about it is: it’s small and lightweight, and the engraving on the sides (customizable) looks great. The main engraving on the top has astounding quality with such fine details! You can even add a couple of engraved lines in the inner part of the hood, to make it ever more special. The melody is so similar to the original songs! The artists can personalize every song and they are super helpful during the whole process, answering to messages very quickly and being ready to satisfy the client’s requests. It will be a wonderful gift for a special person, thanks to these nice and professional artists. I’ll definitely purchase more carillons in the future!

I requested a costum made music box. Each side would have a design I imagined from the bottom of the box to the underside of the lid. They delivered the ideas I had in mind, or more like they did even better than what I imagined. It was perfect! Beforehand, I asked other sellers if they could make this music box (as it would be a gift for my lover's birthday), many wouldn't do it or they charge for a large sum with quality that wouldn't really match the price. I'm glad I found this seller because they were willing to make this music box that was better than the quality of the other sellers! This a lot of craftsmanship/artistry going into this box that can't be replicated easily and that I don't see others doing. The carvings exceeded my expectations, mechanic was sturdy, and music made was beautifully matched to the original! A+

I bought this for my boyfriend for our 1 year anniversary and I couldn’t be happier. The customer service was excellent, and the arrangement they came up with for the song is absolutely gorgeous!! It got here way sooner than expected which was a nice surprise, and the wood smells absolutely heavenly. Could not recommend their products more!!!

Customer services was incredible! First of all they gave me a discount for their other shop (ItalianCraftsDesign) which I can only recommend visiting, beautiful handmade wooden pieces there. So this one ended up being the main part of a bigger order which they all sent in 1 package, packed very carefully 👍🏻 UPS Express although I didn't pay for that ❤️
And when they made the cover out of the picture I sent & I was unsure of it, they recreated it 2 more times! Same with the song I chose and despite the struggles they even gave me an additional stripe of a song from the same game. I'm stunned and can only recommend to BUY HERE. Their work is incomparable 😍
