General returns
We accept returns and exchanges.
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship item back within 30 days of delivery
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Returns custom order
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns custom and personalized orders.
Order cancellation
If you change your mind in the next 24h after ordering we can cancel your order. After that order will be processed (including order verification, song working, crafting, assembling, …) and we are no longer accept order cancellation.
Refunds
You will receive a refund/replacement in the following cases:
1.Music box arrived damage
2.Out of tune music box
3.Wrong music box received
To complete the refund we will ask you a proof of the damage via e-mail or any other communication channel
Wrong address/Missed pick-up
In case of wrong address, , because of customer’s failure, or missed pick up at your local post office we will offer you two option:
1.Waiting the order came back to us, can take up to 60 days, and send it back to the correct address at your expense.
2.Making a new one and send it to you for the 40% of original price+shipping. This cover the material/working time for the new one
