These music boxes are not made in a high-tech factory, all of them
are the result of hard work of a couple of Italian artisans, us! It took us over one year to design and refine them,
test materials and colors to get what you’re seeing now.
Here we do things the old way: we start from a piece of raw wood, color it, engrave and cut it.
All the pieces are made separately and left to dry in the sunlight, as they once did. We don’ t do things in a hurry,
in order to produce more, because our goal is to create unique pieces made with love. When the pieces are dry we finish and assemble them,
manually of course, to get the product you see in the photos 🙂
We care every piece and each piece have to be perfect! That’ s why, if you request customizations,
you will always have a preview before shipping. Your satisfaction is our priority!
I am also a musician and for this reason I wanted to
put the mechanism with manual action: keeping the rhythm of the song by turning
the crank is like playing an instrument and, believe me, you never get bored!

3-Select the length of the part you wish to have
3-Paste here the YouTube link of the song, or send us audio file at info@sinfoniaitaliana.it
4-Write the time section (according to the length you specified above). For example “from 0:20 to 0:42”
5-Let us know the phrase you wish on the inside lid, is FREE
6-Leave us your e-mail! Before shipping we will send you an audio preview of how the song will sound for your approval

Apart from that, I have to congratulate the two sellers, who proved to be unique to try to best satisfy my requests, so much so that I had a problem with the tape that produces the sound of the music box.
They sent me another new one without wanting any additional cost

In realtà aggiungerò altre parole, i venditori sono stati davvero comunicativi e mi hanno aiutato molto quando facevo domande prima ancora di acquistare. Hanno fatto la scatola molto velocemente eppure non sembra affatto affrettata, è bella come le foto! E finalmente l'ho ricevuto velocemente nonostante i ritardi di COVID.

Actually I'll add more words, the sellers were really communicative and helped me a lot when I asked questions before even buying. They did the box really quickly and yet it does not feel rushed at all, it's as beautiful as the photos ! And finally I received it fast despite the COVID delays.
